This beach offers something for everyone, from jetskis, banana boats and paragliding for the thrill-seekers, to massages, ice creams and cocktails for the less adventurous of us.
Playa D’en Bossa also has the islands only aqua park, hidden behind Space, this is a must-visit for any family in Ibiza, or for the rest of us big kids. It’s not as big as it’s balearic cousins, but still – a water park is a water park.
Once you’ve done all of that, you’ll be feeling pretty peckish, and Playa D’en Bossa caters to everyone, from Kebab shops open till the early hours of the morning, to some fine-dining establishments. My personal favourites are Sissi’s, and the italian place opposite Space, but there’s plenty more to choose from including the eye-wateringly expensive Ushuaia, and the obligatory KFC and Pizza Hut.
Playa D’en Bossa has no shortage of hotels either, with luxury being covered by the Migjorn Apartments, Hotel Garbi, Fiesta Palladium Palace and the newly-renoved, party hotel, Ushuaia. There are also plenty of cheaper alternatives if all you need is somewhere to sleep off a hangover, including the Jet Apartments, Tivoli Apartments and a fair few Fiesta hotels.
2011 was very interesting for this resort, which is quickly becoming the hottest resort in Ibiza, so even if you don’t stay here this year, definitely take a visit and see what you’re missing – see you at Bora Bora!
